needs of our guests and match their needs with the right apartment. The RPS inspect
each apartment to ensure that their recommendations are not only accurate but personalized.

make sure the check-in procedure is as stress-free as possible. Each guest is shown
the apartment’s ins and outs, given important contact numbers and local information
- and we’re always accessible 24/7 for emergencies. To ensure quality control of
each lease, the apartment’s inventory is logged at the setup of the contract and
the contents validated after each check-out.
The guest services team are also responsible for reporting back any irregularities that they see at check-in or check-out to the property manager so we can act on the situation immediately.
