Conditions:
· Only rentals for 3 days or longer will be considered unless otherwise stated on the individual apartment page. A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm and hold your dates. Deposits can be made by bank wire directly into our bank account (you pay all wire transfer fees). Or you can pay via Western Union which is available in most countries throughout the world. Please keep in mind prices on our website do NOT include a 3.5% processing charge for ALL reservations made. However, there is a 3.5% discount for cash payments or bank wire payments for the initial 50% deposit. The remaining payment must still be in cash at the check-in.
· Upon arrival, our staff will meet you at your apartment with your keys and orient you with the apartment. Your remaining balance will be due and must be IN CASH (we don’t accept checks, traveler checks nor credit cards) at check in. We will also collect a security deposit in the amount of U$S 800 -$3,000 (depending on the property) that will be returned to you at the check-out, provided that everything is in the same condition as when you arrived. If anything is damaged or missing, you agree to pay the cost to repair or replace it. If the cost is more than the security deposit, you agree to cover the remaining balance due.
Security deposits may also be paid with paypal.com. Any security deposits that are made with paypal.com, please email our staff at the end of the stay to request the refund of the security deposit. Emailing us after your stay will help ensure a very fast refund of the security deposit. Client agrees to pay for any damage to the property or missing items.
· A passport or national ID must be presented at the check-in. The use of the property by more than the capacity limits of the property will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement.
· Anyone booking an apartment with ApartmentsBA.com agrees not to have parties or loud music playing. If neighbors complain and/or the police are called, it may result in the immediate eviction of the tenant regardless of the time of day or night. This will also result in the loss of prepaid rent. Quiet time in the properties is from 10 PM to 10 AM.
· By booking with our firm you agree to our terms and conditions and expected to abide by these rules. You will also be expected to sign these rules upon check-in on your date of arrival.
· Our fee on our website (each property has its own price posted) includes all taxes, fees utility and expenses. Please note the check-in times. All properties have a 2 PM check-in and 12 PM check-out. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional cost. Please inquire when making your booking if you are interested in these options. Most include maid service at least 1 time per week. Any additional maid service is at an additional expense. Please note if you are checking in or check-out outside of our normal working hours (9 AM to 6 PM) there is an additional fee of u$s 25 that must be paid. This fee does NOT go to our firm. It goes to the person making the outside of normal hours check-in/out.
· Any cancellation made with 16 or more days notice before your scheduled arrival date will be charged 3 nights rent. Any cancellation made with 10-15 days notice will be charged 4 nights rent. Any cancellation made less than 9 days notice before your arrival date will have their entire deposit forfeited. (Please keep in mind we don't waive this cancellation policy for emergencies nor weather related airline cancellations or health problems). All cancellations for whatever reason will be subject to the cancellation policy).
· All bookings no matter how long or short have an administrative surcharge fee of US$ 35. Please add this on to all bookings. The prices on our website include all taxes, utilities and fees except this us$ 35 administrative fee.
* Please do not send in a payment without first emailing and verifying the property is available. No payment should be made without consulting our reservation department.
At the check in the contract is presented in both English and Spanish. All valid contracts here in Argentina are in Spanish but we are providing an English copy for your review. Both copies must be signed and dated.
* Our company manages almost 98% of our properties. The policies and conditions above are for ABA owned or managed properties only. Please inquire if you are booking at a non-owned or managed property.
