Located in the Palermo Soho neighborhood —considered to be the most vibrant area of Buenos Aires — this luxury apartment is just blocks from Plaza Serrano. It is spacious with over 538 sq. feet (50 sq. meters). The apartment gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day.
The apartment is in an upscale brand new building recently completed in 2007. The building features 24 hours per day/ 7 days per week security, 4 modern elevators, pool, and guests have access to the Observatory Deck on the 20th floor of the building. The building also has an outdoor pool and a gym and sauna.
